What happens to a man when a rapes a girl and the girl is killed for it, probably nothing since these women and girls are being killed for nothing. What makes a man think they are GOD? IF they follow their relgion correctly they should know that the treatment of women like that is wrong and will be punished. They will go to hell when they die for doing this.
