So who do we complain to? Who will fight for these people. Come on Texans, start writing to your Governor Perry, your state reps and to the newspaper editors.

I totally agree with your last sentence, Cassie, but is this state of affairs really surprising?

Talk about taking advantage--did you hear that situation Malloy brought up about the contractors in Tuscaloosa, getting hurricane relief money to build high-rise apartments near the campus of the University of Alabama? It's okay if the fat cats take advantage, I guess.

Typical hypocritical thinking from this despicable government!

And who is going to pressure the State of Texas to get off their proverbial butts and help people? Guess it's up to us "proles" to help ourselves out of this mess.

Sickening, sickening.

Think I will have to start shopping for a tin foil jump-suit. These people are just nuts thinking its better to not help anyone at all than to risk someone taking advantage. RIDICULOUS!

Honestly I have a feeling they think they will be able to use the money for themselves if it sits idle long enough.. Why else would anyone behave this way?
