Talk about taking advantage--did you hear that situation Malloy brought up about the contractors in Tuscaloosa, getting hurricane relief money to build high-rise apartments near the campus of the University of Alabama? It's okay if the fat cats take advantage, I guess. Typical hypocritical thinking from this despicable government!
